The study I read showed how procasting a little bit can lead it to being put off for many hours or days. Procastinating can cause many problems depending on the issue. It can lead to marriage problems, bad grades, or even bad health. Procastinating can be controlled if you make yourself do the objectives right away and not wait. I myself procastinate and I must try to work harder to complete my work earlier then later.

Personality Test's
The personality tests all had very similar questions. A lot of the questions where based on if u where outgoing or conservative. I felt that the questions where based on social reasearch. The results were very acurrate for me, but there are always other factors that come into play.

College Letter
Dear Mom and Dad,
College life has been ok. I've made one friend and he is really cool but i worry if he might try and kill me. Because everyday I see him look angry for no reason when people talk near him. The classes have been ok except during tests. I constantly cover my exam paper with my body because I feel as if there are people looking at my paper. The teachers at the college seem a bit strange too. When I walk in the halls they wave hello even when i don't know them. It all seems very suspocious to me and i think they may be bad people. During the night in my dorm i check all the locks about 5 times. Because at night i think i hear knocking at my door. When I sleep I think i hear gunshots from outside. So i would like to ask If i could transfer to a diffrent school guys. This place is to strange for me.
Love Patrick Natividad,

Case Study 11
Case Study 11: A 38-year-old man has been increasingly anxious about his job in a large manufacturing company. He feels that he has been passed over for a promotion several times. The patient is preoccupied with many small events and conversations that have occurred at work during the year and worries how his superiors will interpret them. He finds it difficult to control his worrying. During the day at work he feels restless and edgy. At home he is irritable and has difficulty sleeping. He wife asks him about work but he doesn’t want to talk about it.
I have searched into this man's conditions and I have concluded that he may be suffering from depression. The trigger of his worries seems to be from the fact that he thinks he should have been promoted several times, but has not. Another trigger is that he worries what his bosses feel about how he works. This has caused him to worry about multiple things and it affects his life. During work he feeks restless and edgy this may be due to his constant worrying. At home he can not sleep because of his worrying aswell. He also refuses to talk to his wife about his problems.
I would recomend him to tell about his problems to his wife and others. This way he will feel better and not be depressed about not getting his promotion. I would also suggest asking his boss why he has not been promoted and how he can fix if any the problem. This way he will rid himself of his worries.
In conclusion i have seen that depression can be caused by multiple problems such as death, work, home, family, and many other topics.

Ben Stiller - Bipolar Disorder
Benjamin Edwar Stiller was born on November 30 1965. He is an Emmy-winning american comedian, actor, film producter, and director. As his career as an actor progressed he eventualy wrote many mockumentaries and has starred in several acts. Over his past career as actor and director he has had a profit of around $1.38 billion. His parents are Jerry Stiller and Anne Meara. He is a member of a comedy group called the Frat Pack. Even though Ben Stiller has had much success over his life and career he has a psychological disorder called Bipolar Disorder. Ben stiller has admitted this in an interview on 1999 and another on 2001.
His Bipolar disorder has affected in a slight way. Due to his disorder it has caused him to make diffrent comments in interviews. In one interview in December he commented that his Bipolar disorder was false and not real. Then on another Interview he changed his comment and said that joking and crazed. This shows his Bipolar Disorder causing him to make comments that differ from each other.
I feel that Bipolar Disorder is very serious and that people should not be ashamed to tell others. Because if no one ever new you had Bipolar Disorder then they might just think of you as rude or even dumb. So in my opinion people should fear to share this disorder to others because others will care about you and can help. Others will also be able understand your difficulty at times. Ben Stiller has had a succesful career regardless of his Bipolar Disorder. And many others can follow his example and keep trying hard.
